- App usage patterns, features accessed, and generation statistics

C. Third-Party Services
- AI Voice Synthesis: We use third-party AI services to generate synthetic voices. Your text content is transmitted to these services solely for voice generation purposes.
- Audio Processing: Cloud-based audio processing services may handle your generated podcast files for format conversion, enhancement, and delivery.
- These third parties process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements and confidentiality obligations.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Core Service Delivery: To generate AI-powered podcasts based on your input, preferences, and selected voice options
- Quality Improvement: To enhance voice synthesis quality, improve generation algorithms, and train models (using anonymized, aggregated data only)

3. Voice Data and Synthetic Audio
Important: PodTalk uses AI-generated synthetic voices only. We do not record, clone, or replicate real human voices without explicit consent. The voices available in the App are entirely synthetic and created by AI models.
- Your text input is processed by AI voice synthesis models to generate audio output
- Generated audio files are associated with your account temporarily for delivery and may be cached
- We do not use your generated podcasts to train voice models without your explicit, separate consent
- You retain ownership of the content and ideas you provide, subject to our Terms of Use
4. Data Retention and Storage
- Generated Podcasts: Stored on our servers for up to 30 days after generation to enable downloads and re-access. You may delete podcasts at any time from within the App.
- Input Scripts and Ideas: Retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period afterward for backup purposes. You may request deletion at any time.
- Usage Logs: Retained for up to 90 days for analytics, troubleshooting, and security purposes
- Support Communications: Retained as long as necessary to address your request or comply with legal obligations
- Account Deletion: If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist with AI voice generation, audio processing, hosting, analytics, and customer support, under strict confidentiality agreements
