Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, private Apple account credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Most videos are expected to complete in approximately 30–60 seconds. Processing may take longer depending on demand, image complexity, internet connection, and AI-provider availability.
Keep Danceify open while the video is being generated unless the application states that it is safe to leave the screen.
When a generation is confirmed as failed, an eligible free generation entitlement should be restored automatically.
Close and reopen Danceify and check your available entitlement. Contact support if the entitlement is not restored.
Include the approximate generation time and generation ID in your message.
AI generation may change facial details, clothing, body appearance, movement, or background elements.
For better results:
AI results cannot be guaranteed to reproduce a person perfectly.
Open your device settings, locate Danceify, and review the Photos permission.
Danceify needs permission to select an input photo and separate permission to save a generated video to your photo library.
Open your device settings, locate Danceify, and enable Camera access.
Danceify only accesses the camera after you select the camera option and grant permission.
Confirm that Danceify has permission to add videos to your photo library and that your device has sufficient free storage.
Try restarting the application before attempting the save again.
Videos exported by free users may include a Danceify watermark.
Danceify Pro provides watermark-free exports while the subscription is active.
Danceify Pro currently provides:
The current subscription duration, price, trial availability, and included features are displayed in Danceify before purchase.
Eligible new subscribers may receive a three-day free trial.
Apple determines trial eligibility. The price that will be charged after the trial is displayed before you confirm the purchase.
Cancel before the trial ends to prevent conversion to a paid weekly subscription.
Danceify subscriptions are managed by Apple.
On your iPhone or iPad:
Deleting Danceify does not cancel your subscription.
Contact support if your active subscription is not restored.
Apple processes Danceify subscription charges and refund requests.
Refund eligibility is determined by Apple under its policies and applicable consumer law. Danceify cannot directly refund an App Store transaction.
Open Danceify settings and select Delete Account.
Account deletion is intended to remove your anonymous Danceify account, creation records, uploaded source photos, generated videos stored by Danceify, and other associated data, except information that must be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Include your anonymous user identifier if it is displayed in the application.
Deleting your Danceify account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.
Open My Creations, select the relevant video, and choose the delete option.
Deletion may require a short period to propagate through active systems and backups.
